why do I bother what my parents think?

I finally had somebody agreeeing to move into my place, but he was a guy. He seemed really decent and considerate…jap guy.. urghhhh

Both bro and mom think that I should stick to ladies… so I am heeding their advice… my heart tells me that as long as I think the guy is decent and all.. should be fine…

Oh well, I hope i find a housemate soon, its driving me NUTS, esp when I think about how I could use the extra $600 buying things or travelling or something!
